Our school was established in 2003 and is comprised of 241 students. Many of the students come from rural society, where they don’t have many opportunities to use modern telecommunications. The school provides a personal computer and projector in each class as well as a modern library and internet for students. Students participate in music and dance classes and like to sing and play traditional instruments. Gimnazija Slovenske Konjice has extensive experience with Comenius school projects and it has had a very positive influence on the school and community. For this project, we expect our students to express themselves through music while promoting understanding and respect amongst different cultures.
