- Each school will choose a national song and provide the notes, music recording and lyric pronunciation of their language to each participant - Participating schools will be responsible for integrating each song into music education or extracurricular classes - Friedrich-EBERT-Gymansium from Sandhausen, Germany will be the responsible for establishing the website - Incorporating the interactive website into ICT lessons at each school will also be a requirement - Every partner will create a national culture portrait, distribute it to each participant, and publish it on the website - Each school will combine the cultural portraits into their respective history curriculum - St. George’s School from Birmingham will be responsible for creating the basis of the ‘Partnership Dictionary’ in the English language with 100 words and phrases - Every other school must translate this English dictionary into their respective national language, along with alphabet (if necessary) transcriptions - The dictionary must be integrated into language lessons in each school - Each partner will be responsible for organizing and hosting the other institutions and establish a work schedule which will be followed during the visit - Culture will be shared by each country presenting their national song during the exchanges - Gimnazija Slovenske Konjice and Istituto professionale di Stato per I Servizi Alberghieri e della Ristorazione Hill be responsible for producing a final hardcopy of the cultural guide which is published on the website
